You will be contacted at the telephone number you entered above with instructions for entering your PayPal information, or for mailing your check or money order. If you want to pay cash, you will receive instructions for personally delivering a cash payment. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a username and password for editing your website content. You will also be provided with an URL (website address) so that you can begin promoting and advertising your website location!

TERMS OF USE

Northwest Arkansas Information's purpose is to provide the general public with information regarding businesses located in northwest Arkansas. To that end, the following terms of use must be agreed to by businesses or individuals wishing to be listed here:

Content that is deemed to be objectionable by the webmaster(s) will be removed by the websmaster(s). A good faith effort will be made to communicate with the business owner or its representative as to the webmaster(s)'s intentions to take this action. The webmaster(s) will not be held responsible for criminal or civil litigation which results from content posted by business owners or their representatives.

The website editor allows the use of html tags. These tags are not required, and they should not be used unless the website editor knows how to use them safely and effectively. In the event that tags are, in the opinion of the webmaster(s), misused or abused, the webmaster(s) reserves the right to remove content involved. A good faith effort will be made to communicate with the business owner or its representative as to the webmaster(s)'s intentions to take this action.

The monthly payment for business websites is due in advance at the time of the business requesting the website, and on the monthly anniversary of that date afterwards. If the monthly anniversary is on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, and the following month does not have a 29th, 30th, or 31st day, the monthly fee will be due on the last day of the month. If payment is not received within 10 days of its due date, the website and its content is subject to being removed by the webmaster(s). A good faith effort will be made to communicate with the business owner or its representative as to the webmaster(s)'s intentions to take this action.

Annual payment is due in advance at the time of the business requesting the website. Thereafter, annual payment(s) will be due on the anniversary of the initial payment. If payment is not received within ten days of due date, the website and its content is subject to being removed by the webmaster(s). A good faith effort will be made to communicate with the business owner or its representative as to the webmaster(s)'s intentions to take this action.

Fees are non-refundable. The customer has the right to stop subscribed fees at any time. The customer may do this by logging into PayPal and stopping the subscription payments themselves, or by notifying the webmaster(s) as to their intentions. Any scheduled fees due to be paid to The Bald Guy's Website Solutions after the date of notification will be canceled.

Each business will receive a user name and a password to be used in editing the business's website. It is the business owner(s)'s or its representative's obligation to safeguard this username and password and keep it secret. Once a business receives a username and a password, the business and/or its owner(s) or its representatives become legally liable and responsible for any content appearing on their website. Ron Enderland, The Bald Guy's Website Solutions are held to be free of liability from any content posted an any user's website. In the event that the user's password has to be reset by the webmaster, a nominal charge may be levied on the business.

The webmaster reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time, without notice. It is your responsibility to review this agreement regularly and terminate your subscription if you disagree with any of the changes. Continuing to use Northwest Arkansas Information upon any change of this agreement will imply your agreement with that change.
